2. Where we win: 4-5 specific scenarios where our solution is clearly stronger, with talking points a rep can use in a live conversation

3. Where they win: 2-3 areas where the competitor has an advantage, plus a "neutralizing statement" for each that acknowledges it while redirecting to our strengths

4. Landmine questions: 5 questions our reps can ask the prospect that subtly expose the competitor's weaknesses without trash-talking

5. Objection responses for each of these:
