1. Feature comparison matrix:
   - Table comparing key features across all competitors and me
   - For each feature: who does it best and why
   - Gaps: features they all have that I lack (urgent to address)
   - Opportunities: features nobody offers yet that I could own

2. Positioning analysis:
   - How each competitor positions themselves (their messaging, tagline, target audience)
   - Where there is white space in the market nobody is claiming
   - A 2x2 positioning map with suggested axes relevant to my industry

3. Pricing analysis:
   - Compare pricing models (freemium, subscription, one-time, usage-based)
   - Where am I on the price spectrum and is that the right position?
   - Pricing strategy recommendations

4. Strengths to attack: Where each competitor is weakest (based on reviews, common complaints)

5. Threats to defend: Where I am most vulnerable

6. Strategic recommendations: Top 5 actions I should take based on this analysis, prioritized by impact and effort

7. Messaging angles: 3 marketing messages that highlight where I win vs. each competitor
