Rules:
- Opening paragraph: Hook them with a specific achievement that directly relates to their biggest need. No "I am writing to express my interest" openings.
- Second paragraph: Connect 2-3 of my achievements to their specific requirements. Use numbers.
- Third paragraph: Show I have researched the company. Reference something specific about their mission, recent news, or product.
- Closing paragraph: Confident but not arrogant. Propose a next step.
- Keep under 350 words total
