Design a dashboard layout for the following scenario. Think like a data visualization expert who prioritizes clarity and actionable insights.

Data available:
[DESCRIBE YOUR DATASET AND KEY COLUMNS]

Dashboard audience: [WHO WILL USE THIS: CEO / MARKETING TEAM / OPERATIONS / SALES]
Primary question it should answer: [THE MAIN BUSINESS QUESTION]
Tool I will build it in: [TABLEAU / POWER BI / GOOGLE SHEETS / LOOKER / EXCEL]

Design the dashboard with:

1. KPI cards (top row): List 4-6 key metrics with:
   - Metric name
   - How to calculate it
   - Comparison benchmark (vs. last month, vs. target, etc.)
   - Color coding rules (green/yellow/red thresholds)

2. Primary visualizations: Suggest 3-4 charts with:
   - Chart type and why it is the best choice for this data
   - What goes on each axis
   - Any drill-down capabilities
   - Layout position (where it sits on the dashboard)

3. Filters and interactivity:
   - Which filters to include (date range, category, region, etc.)
   - How filters should affect each visualization

4. Data storytelling flow: Describe the visual path a user's eye should follow from top-left to bottom-right and what insight they gain at each step

5. Mobile considerations: How should the layout adapt for smaller screens
