Generate a structured retrospective:

1. What went well (keep doing):
   - Identify 3-5 wins with specific reasons why they worked
   - Highlight individual or team behaviors worth reinforcing

2. What did not go well (stop doing):
   - Identify 3-5 problems with root cause analysis (use "5 Whys" technique)
   - Distinguish between process problems vs. people problems vs. external factors

3. What to try next sprint (start doing):
   - 3-5 specific, actionable experiments (not vague goals like "communicate better")
   - Each action item should have: owner, deadline, and success criteria

4. Velocity analysis:
   - Was our estimation accurate? Where did we over/underestimate?
   - Capacity planning suggestions for next sprint

5. Team health check: Based on the patterns, rate team morale and suggest one team-building action

6. One-page summary I can share with stakeholders (non-technical language)
