Create a negotiation playbook:

1. Preparation framework:
   - BATNA analysis (Best Alternative to Negotiated Agreement) for both sides
   - ZOPA identification (Zone of Possible Agreement)
   - Their likely priorities ranked by importance

2. Opening strategy:
   - Anchoring: What number or terms to open with and why
   - How to frame my position so it seems reasonable
   - First 3 sentences to set the tone

3. Concession strategy:
   - List of things I can concede that cost me little but have high perceived value to them
   - Concessions to never make
   - How to trade concessions (never give without getting)

4. Objection responses:
   - Top 5 things they will push back on and word-for-word responses
   - Power phrases that shift leverage in my favor
   - Questions that make them justify their position

5. Closing techniques:
   - 3 ways to close the deal when it is going well
   - How to pause and regroup if it is going badly
   - Walk-away script that preserves the relationship

6. Body language and tone tips:
   - Silence as a tool (when and how long)
   - Phrases that create urgency without pressure
   - How to stay calm when they get aggressive
